Kuheiji At Burdock & Co. | Sake Dinner Series

 

 A revolutionary sake with 367 years in the making, Kuheiji takes cues from Burgundian wine makers, shaking up the sake world with new ideas of rice vintages and bottle aging. A divine harmony between the dishes of Chef Andrea Carlson from Burdock & Co. and Kuheiji sakes, highlighted the versatility and finesse of these sakes.

A cult producer in Japan, we were lucky to be able to enjoy various cuvees and vintages of the Kuheiji lineup for the first time in Canada.
