Sake x Oysters: Sip, Shuck & Slurp! Minami Restaurant

Pacific_oystersWe’re excited to have Minami Restaurant host an evening of Sake & Oysters with Hakkaisan Sake Brewery on Thursday, April 16th.

Aburi Sake Specialist Miki Ellis will be joined by Hakkaisan Sake Brewery’s President Jiro Nagumo, Brand Ambasador Timothy Sullivan and Export Manager Suguru Nakajima.

Learn why different oysters taste differently, alongside the Hakkaisan sake lineup. A match made in heaven, 6 oysters and 6 Hakkaisan sakes will be showcased.

Come for a casual, informative evening!
