Ubuntu Canteen will be serving a multi-course menu, highlighting the myriad of cultural influences in Spanish cuisine, paired with a spectacular selection of wines and sherries from our Spanish portfolio.
Spain is an ancient wine-producing country that vies with Italy and France in terms of production. It is the third-largest wine-producing country in the world, with a wine heritage that spans over 3000 years.
Spain produces a variety of expressive styles and in this dinner, we will be looking at Cava, and a selection of sherries and still wines from different regions.
We are excited for you to join us, as we delve into the rich history and flavour of Spain in this multi-course dining experience.
There are only 28 seats available for this ticketed event, with a single seating that commences at 6:30 pm.
Tickets are $135 plus tax, gratuity included.
